Terms and conditions

1. Service Description:
Midlands Jet Washers provides professional roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, graffiti removal, and render cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.

2. Pricing and Payment:
Clients agree to the pricing outlined in the provided quote. Payments must be made in full upon completion of services, and we accept bank transfer, cash. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling:
Clients can schedule or reschedule services by contacting Midlands Jet Washers at least 48 hours in advance. A rescheduling fee may apply for changes made with less notice.

4. Liability and Insurance:
While we take utmost care during our services, Midlands Jet Washers is not liable for damages to pre-existing conditions. Clients are responsible for ensuring their property is adequately insured.

5. Client Responsibilities:
Clients agree to provide access to the areas requiring cleaning and ensure the safety of our team. Clear instructions regarding specific requirements or limitations must be communicated beforehand.

6. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee:
We offer a (12 month warranty on roof cleans)(3 month warranty on all other services) on our cleaning services. If clients are not satisfied, they must notify us within 7 days for a complimentary re-evaluation and, if necessary, re-treatment.

7. Termination of Services:
Midlands Jet Washers reserves the right to terminate services if clients violate the terms outlined herein. Refusal of future service may occur under circumstances of repeated violations.

8. Confidentiality:
Client information and details related to the cleaning services will be kept confidential by Midlands Jet Washers and its employees.

9. Safety Measures:
Clients acknowledge the importance of following safety measures outlined by Midlands Jet Washers during the cleaning process. Midlands Jet Washers will take precautions to ensure the safety of its team and clients’ property.

10. Force Majeure:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable events, Midlands Jet Washers is excused from any obligations affected by these circumstances.

11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

12. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in England in accordance with the rules of the England.
